Agtech Cromai received an additional investment and reached R$30 million in its series A funding. The new investment, of R$12 million, was led by iDEXO, a corporate venture of TOTVS managed by Citrino Ventures, and was accompanied by a follow-on from Baraúna Venture Capital and the family office Citrino Gestão.

Brazilian startup Housi, which offers a subscription-based living solution, raised $10M in a round led by Redpoint eventures and TM3 Capital. Açolab Ventures, the CVC leg of ArcelorMittal, also participated. Housi will use the funds to expand internationally, starting in the US and Portugal, and to establish a training center in Espírito Santo.

BB made the investment via the BB Impacto ASG I Fund, managed by Vox Capital.
