The startup is a set of tools and services designed to empower the profitable expansion of retailers’ digital channels, secured an investment of USD$25 million in a round led by QED Investors, backed by NFX, Kevin Efrusy, and other investors.

Venture Capital investments in the 3rd quarter reached R$1.9 billion, with 62 rounds, according to a report produced by the ABVCAP in partnership with TTR Data. In relation to the 2nd quarter, there was a 19% increase in value and a 16% drop in the number of operations; in the annual comparison, however, the drop was 29.6% in the amount invested and 66% in total operations.

Fracttal, a startup that uses cutting-edge technology for maintenance and asset management, received a new investment of US$10 million. The round was led by Kayyak Ventures, a Latin American Venture Capital, complemented by GoHub Ventures, a current investor that continues to support the company, with the collaboration of Amador Holdings.

The fintech CondoConta raised R$72 million. The company operates as a “bank for condominiums”, offering services such as credit for financing, insurance and advance payment of the condominium fee.
